The Spice Route is a collection of hand-knotted outdoor carpets, designed for Golran by Piero Lissoni. The project takes its name from the route that long-ago linked the European continent to India. Characterized by simple geometries inspired by exotic cartography, the collection calls to mind the long journey that once brought together worlds separated by vast expanses, a path redolent of bright colors and perfumes that shows how cultures and traditions ought to intertwine to enrich one another in turn.
